Return Conditions:

• The product must be completely unworn, unused, and undamaged (please try on footwear on a clean carpeted surface to avoid sole marks).
• Items must be returned in their original packing/box along with all tags intact and the proof of purchase.
• Customized sizes or products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.
