3. Return & Exchange Policy
Policy Duration
We offer a 7 to 14-day Return and Exchange window. Any claim made after 14 days of delivery will not be entertained.
How to Exchange
Inside every Harsay parcel, you will find a physical Return Form. If you encounter issues with size or fitting:
Fill out the form clearly with your Order Number and the required New Size.
Ship the product back to us in its original packaging along with the form.
Terms & Conditions for Exchange
Logistics: In case of a size exchange or change of mind, all two-way delivery charges will be covered by the customer.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Refund Policy: We offer Exchanges Only. We do not provide cash refunds.
